Looking for a talented sales professional with experience working with business and professional organizations throughout the US. Must have practical knowledge of membership-based operations, including understanding of the issues relating member retention and growth, dues collection, event management/ administration, as well as publications, promotions, and marketing.

Must be savvy with web-based software and e-commerce solutions. This position requires a person who can multi-task, effectively communicate, and support clients and prospects. Must enjoy working in a small company and growing environment.

Project Coordinator and Support Professional

Looking for a detail-oriented professional with the ability to coordinate project tasks and resources for implementing software. In addition to supporting customers who use our software through a variety of methods, including remote web sessions, phone, and email.

Must be able to communicate clearly both written and verbally with customers and co-workers. Must have great follow-through, seeing things to completion. Must be proficient with office tools, such as CRM, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
