Easily Import your Member Roster

During the initial setup of your StarChapter application you are able to import your data from spreadsheets of your current member roster and prospect database.  You can easily create and match up user-defined, custom fields.  Once the file definition is configured it can be used on a regular basis with which to sync.

API Integration

For local chapters that need to sync their membership database with their national association, StarChapter's importing functionality makes it a cinch.  In many cases, StarChapter has direct integration with your national association's system, so the syncing happens automatically.  The technology is referred to as an application programming interface (API).  Ask one of our sales representatives if StarChapter integrates automatically with your national association.

StarChapter allows you to track the changes that members make to their records, plus these edits can be automatically sent to your national association so they can update their records too.  Another option is to simply export the membership roster and email it to your national association to update their database.  In short, getting membership and prospect records in and out of StarChapter is easy.
